Products Are Made To Order
GetRealFunky.com is able to offer exciting product options only through a process called on-demand production.
When a customer places an order, we manufacture then fulfill. The manufacturing process includes printing your designs, cutting fabric to your size and sewing the panels together into our unique wearable garment (s). This process takes a minimum of 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
All sales are final – no returns. This is due to us producing your order on demand when you place it!
Wrong Sized Products
It happens! You choose the perfect item, wait for delivery and oh no it doesn't fit! Well, no worries, as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving products we will happily swap your current size for another as long as it returned in its original packaging and is unworn. If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Issue with size". No refund is permitted for product wrong sizes.
Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products
We apologize for any product issues and strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you did not receive an item, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line "Issue with shipping". We will replace any faulty product free of charge if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. No refund is permitted for faulty products.
Products Delivered in an Unsatisfactory Condition
In an unlikely event that your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us images at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Issue with shipping". We will replace any products delivered in an unsatisfactory condition free of charge if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. No refund is permitted for products that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.
Shipping dates are provided as an estimate based on orders most similar to yours and does not include final delivery time to your address. We do not guarantee your order will ship by this date, this is only an estimate provided to us by the carrier we use. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by the estimated date.
